Coder

Candidate must be a problem solver and an all-purpose web programmer with eye for design. Someone who can understand how user experience and programmatic flow work together. Coordinate and communicate well with project directors and two lead designers both in-person and remotely. Must be able to look at a design and understand the technical requirements, prototype solutions quickly. Ability to work within tight timeframes highly preferable. 20 hrs/week for 10 weeks.

Following advanced knowledge required: - Flex 2/3 and ActionScript 3.0 - PHP 5 - MySQL

Major pluses: - Flash Media Server - XML/RSS output - Modular RIAs
